Description

The electric oven with possibility of circulation is used in public eating facilities for baking cakes, roasting meet, drying, preserving, etc. The electric oven is made of food safe stainless steel. PCE-930 SC, PCE-920 SCP electric ovens with base and PCE-910 SCP electric ovens with base consist of single ovens located directly above each other in an amount that corresponds with the type given. The stainless steel oven cavity measures 600x740x360 mm. Measurements conform to the use of standard utensils (GN 2/1-65 roasting tray, GN 2/1-20 baking tray). The oven door is full. Each oven is specially fitted with main switch, working thermostat and control lights with two heating elements and one fan. The outer case is made of stainless steel.The bottom of equipment is enclosed with a cover plate.The heating element is uncovered. The oven is fitted with adjustable legs to accommodate uneven floors.
