In the laboratory of Istanbul Dokum, for all productions, chemical analysis, mechanical yield – tensile – elongation tests, and when required hardness tests, UT, MT and MPI tests are provided.

The barrel pump's universal adapter fits onto container openings of 30 - 70 mm, closing tightly. The container screw joints can be screwed into the container with the 3/4" thread and lock nut. The gas-tight barrel pump enables odour-free transfer. During transfer with normal pumps, it is impossible to prevent vapours escaping into the atmosphere. The gas-shuttle method avoids this. Any vapours produced are returned from the container which is to be filled to the original container via the gas-shuttle pipe. The gas pipe and the liquid pipe are additionally provided with stopcocks. Gas-tight pumps are used for substances that have a strong smell such as ammonia.

Due to the individual speed control, the Roots pumps of the innovative HiLobe® series offer a nominal pumping speed range of 520 - 2,100 m³/h and can be perfectly adjusted to customer-specific requirements. In general, Roots pumps need a backing pump adapted to the gas flow and which is suitable for the application in order to operate.

A chemical reactor functions as an enclosed vessel where chemical reactions occur. Operational expenses encompass factors like energy input and disposal, raw material costs, labor, and other associated charges. Typically, reactants and products within the reactor are in fluid form, either gases or liquids. Continuous reactors maintain a constant operational state, while batch reactors undergo transient operation. Transient operation occurs when a reactor is activated for the first time or following a shutdown, with critical process variables fluctuating over time.
