We have managed to obtain novel types of coating materials from non-separated plasma-clustered flow, featuring: - thickness of 20-150 microns with high deposition rate of 1 micron/min; - homogeneous structure of mainly, or close to, amorphous phase, however, subject to deposition parameters could also be either fine-grained and/or micro-crystalline. The technology has revealed perfect flexibility in terms of obtaining different structures and compositions of the material even including continuous, gradient and multi-layered coatings. Besides α-βTa could be obtained/of interest in a form of thin sheet detached from substrate By our method, we obtained a thick Nb coating and measuredTc - Critical temperature transition to superconducting state. So we saw that our method of coating is perfectly suitable for production of superconducting Nb coatings. From being pioneers in the production of fencing and wire netting, we have since developed into a company, which can offer anything related to the trading and processing of iron and steel. At our premises, which consist of two plants with a total space of 20.000m² (6.000m² covered areas), the company employs 40 persons and is able to fully process a number of 30.000 tons of steel per year. Company’s mechanical equipment includes: coil flattening machines, cutters, machines for corrugated and trapezoidal metal sheets formation, electric welders, punch presses and also units for electrostatic paint and galvanising up to 6m long. The company owns the ISO 9001: 2008 certification, while our standardised metal products (fencing materials, metal scaffold planks, metal lintels, metal wheel barrows) have also been CE certified.
