We manufacture plastic and metal filters in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, plastics, metals and combinations. We develop and produce the necessary tools in our own tool shop. We have also expanded our expertise in the field of precision injection moulding. Therefore we are active in three different product areas: Filter and turning technology and plastic injection moulding technology for complex components. We serve our customers not only from our site in Germany but also from our subsidiary in Slovakia.

The Otto Junker high-grade steel foundry in Lammersdorf, Simerath (20 km south of Aachen), specialises in special alloys. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.
