The in-house building of tooling and the internal R&D Department support the lean and controlled process while looking for the last innovation in metal tube transformation. Finally, a new tube hydroforming machine has been introduced recently. At the end of the production process, chrome plating, varnishing on stainless steel, passivation and other surface treatments help improve the quality of the whole production. After manufacturing and before storing or sending, each item is checked, cleaned, protected, and packed.
