  1. TFP TECHNOLOGY GMBH

    Germany

    Verified by europages badge

TFP Technology GmbH is a German manufacturer of textile fibre scrims and reinforcement structures based on innovative CNC laying technology. We use state-of-the-art TFP embroidery laying machines with which we produce elements up to a size of 215 cm x 200 cm. The textile preforms and rovings are specifically produced using the Tailored Fibre Placement process. The fibres are laid in one piece and thus form a complete reinforcement structure for the fibre composite component. We can also offer "sandwich functions" by integrating heating elements and textile sensors into our preforms (application examples: Anti-icing, de-icing, sensor elements and sensor surfaces). Our technology makes it possible to produce innovative, technical textiles. We support our customers from the first idea to prototype production up to series production by our qualified personnel.

Portrait of the SGL Carbon site in Wackersdorf: The SGL Carbon site in Wackersdorf, in the Upper Palatinate, is part of the Carbon Fibres division. Here, about 140 highly-qualified staff deal with the production of mats and non-woven fabrics from carbon, glass or natural fibres. The diverse product range of over 150 product variants is rounded off with the subsequent process step of stacking. This involves superimposing different layers of mats, cutting them into stacks and joining them, all per customer specification. These stacks are then processed by the customer to produce preforms or finished components. Every year, SGL Carbon produces over 8, 000 tons of carbon, glass or natural fibre mats at the Wackersdorf site. The site also boasts three stacking machines with a capacity of over 2 million stacks per year. The products from Wackersdorf are used in a wide range of sectors, albeit primarily in the automotive and aerospace industries. Several recycling facilities serve to recycle the production waste that cannot be avoided in the process. All the facilities are powered by green electricity. Our SIGRATEX textile materials are the ideal basis for producing high-quality, fibre-reinforced plastics. They are suitable for a wide range of processing operations.

    Verified by europages badge

The company MIRO was founded in 1990 by Ladislav Koumar, who wanted to continue the long tradition of knitted glove manufacturing. Our company is located in the village of Borová near Polička where we have headquarters and production facilities. For us, the location in the heart of the Czech Republic and Europe means an advantageous position for supply logistics to all parts of the continent, especially to the European Union member states. We started manufacturing mainly cut-resistant gloves based on the development and patent for non-cutting yarn. We have an extensive product range in different types of gloves in fashion or industrial ways, such as anti-cut, heat resistant, and protective gloves. As MIRO, we manufacture customized gloves, scarves, and hats with a knitted pattern according to our customer's wishes. Visit our website to discover more. We aim to offer our customers the best quality products possible, given the trends and current needs. As Miro grew more and more, we gradually bought more machines, our production capacity doubled. Thus we expanded the glove manufacturing possibilities using new technologies like manufacturing gloves with PVC non-slip fabric. We also carried out extensive research and the development of new yarns. We had many collaborations and continued to launch new products on the market for years. Please don't hesitate to contact us for more information!
