Our drill bits for tire mold cleaning are high speed steel cobalt (Hss/Co) and have undergone a special heating process that makes them specifically suitable for the drilling and cleaning of vent holes in both steel and aluminium tire molds. Diameter range: 0.4 mm – 3.0 mm (for side walls drilling and agro tire molds); Helix range: 10 mm – 350 mm (tire mold deep drilling); Length range: 40 mm – 400 mm (extra long drills); Standard or Parabolic helix geometry.

We have counters made of stainless steel in sizes suitable for your workplaces. We can come to your workplaces and take measurement than we will make 3D drawing and share with you.
