The horizontally installed, compact container pump MINIFLUX is designed for emptying IBCs via their floor-level outlet. Designed as an alternative to a vertical pump, the MINIFLUX can be used when an IBC is not accessible from the top. It is suitable for applications when gravity draining via the outlet tap is insufficient e.g. rapid dispensing or transfer to another container in a higher location. Power can ideally be provided by a commutator or compressed air motor. Our prefabricated containers are used in offices, housing, toilets, showers, construction site stores or as storage containers for waste and hazardous products. The modular container is delivered demounted in a compact protective packaging (flat packed container). This packaging facilitates the loading and unloading of the goods as well as sea and river transport in areas that are difficult to access. A 20-foot prefabricated office container with a front door and two windows weighs an average of 1350 kg and can be assembled in two to three hours using simple tools such as a screwdriver. The assembly does not require any welding, the structure of the bolted type modular prefab container is made of highly galvanized and painted light steel. It is nevertheless necessary to provide a small lifting device of the manitou type during assembly for lifting the ceiling frame. Once the modular container is installed, you can move it by lifting it according to the instructions provide.

Sensors can be adapted to suit customer-specific applications. Particularly for a large number of pieces, customized sensors can be produced efficiently, which results in considerable cost reductions. The compact PCB which contains the sensor element and the evaluation electronics is responsible for the signal preparation, signal evaluation and signal output. The type of measurement (distance or rotational speed measurement) and the required frequency response are adaptable. In addition, the interfaces offer numerous connectivity options. There are several outputs such as current, voltage, PWM and further digital outputs. The design of the housing, the material and the protection class can be adapted to the specific requirements. In cases where space is limited, the side shifted measurement offers a space-saving alternative. For harsh environments, the sensor is designed with a fully sealed stainless steel housing that withstands high pressure, dirt, aggressive chemicals (acids)

The spigot Compact for canisters and barrels captivates everyone through its compact build, which makes the valve on the canister ideal for use in refrigerators and on racks, etc. The short discharge does not protrude out over the lower edge of the container, which makes the valve a perfect choice even when space is very limited. The discharge's specially optimised design creates an even stream of liquid with no splashing or spattering. The spigot features easy motion and a tight seal. It is screwed on with a connecting cap nut. This guarantees a vertical position of the valve and makes it possible to adjust the valve later on. The Compact spigot fits all containers with G 3/4" connecting threads. PP, PE and PTFE are materials that offer outstanding chemical resistance to acids and alkalis. The Compact spigot is the ideal addition to the compact jerrycans – for perfect storage and filling when space is at a premium!
