BORSIG has been manufacturing centrifugal compressors for process gases for almost 60 years. The BORSIG centrifugal compressor series comprises multistage integrally geared centrifugal compressors with up to 8 stages, with steam turbine, gas turbine or electric motor as driver with all auxiliary equipment (turnkey solutions) according to customer’s requirements. The compressors comply with the corresponding API design standards such as API 617 (chapter 3) and 672 (4th edition). The oil system is designed according to API 614 or manufacturer's standard. The development is based on the latest research results in fluid mechanics as well as in gear and bearing design.

With around 160 years of manufacturing expertise in reciprocating compressors, BORSIG offers tailor-made horizontal and vertical compressor solutions for process gases with all auxiliary equipment (turnkey solutions). Our reciprocating compressors are driven either by electric motors, gas engines or steam turbines. They have been developed for heavy continuous operation with lubricated or non-lubricated cylinders. They comply with the design standards of API 618 (5th edition), API 11P/ ISO 13631 as well as other international and manufacturing standards. BORSIG reciprocating compressors stand for long life, high wear resistance and low life cycle costs.

As especially quiet oil-free compressor station for the medical compressed air supply, SICOLAB med supplies dry and clean air thanks to the integrated membrane dryer and a sub-microfilter of 0,3 µm. Medical devices must meet certain requirements in order to ensure patient safety and product quality. Our SICOLAB med product has the necessary certification as a Class IIb medical device according to the 93/42/EEC directive. SICOLAB mini complements the sound-insulated SICOLAB series from Dürr Technik. The successor to the "Silent Air System" convinces with modern design and 30% better performance owing to an optimized intake control. SICOLAB mini has been developed espescially for the laboratory sector – avoiding any disturbance of accustomed processes and ones concentration. Another advantage is the easy operation by plug-and-play. All control elements are easily adjustable from the front. This allows easy positioning on the workplace. The SICOLAB mini is an oil-free compressor unit with integrated carrying handle and offers maximum flexibility with minimal maintenance. SICOLAB mini is available in voltage version 230 V and 50 Hz and 115 V with 60 Hz. Furthermore, this model will be obtainable for drying of endoscopes as a SICOLAB mini Endo version. Due to the very compact dimensions of only 396 x 347 x 320 mm this unit can be fitted even in narrow rooms.

The SICOLAB has an appealing, modern look, which perfectly complements other equipment in the laboratory.
