React4life is an innovative start up offering high-tech devices (bioreactors) able to simulate in laboratory small portions of the human body (physiological microenvironments), where clinically relevant tissues may be cultured and observed, to improve the effectiveness of laboratory and pharmaceuticals tests, as well as to test innovative therapeutic approaches by reducing animal testing (cruelty-free). The technological approach of React4life ensures a broad spectrum of applications, ranging from regenerative medicine to oncology, cosmetics and nutraceutical. React4life offers innovative "human skin tech" device for in vitro testing of cosmetics. Our unique approach allows to test cosmetic compounds by using human equivalent skin tissue and a fluidic tissue culture platform which recapitulates the skin environment. A certification program by National Research Council of Italy completes the offering. Our device may be also properly arranged to equip an interface membrane and artificially recreate cell migration phenomena (for the study of tumor metastases onset and the validation of new anti-cancer therapies), molecules and compounds diffusion (for the study of creams and cosmetic absorption on the dermis), nutrient diffusion (for the study of nutrient absorption in the intestinal wall). Both products could be equipped with a software for the management of the experimental data for the parameter monitoring, process control, experimental data storage and back-up.

The step from the laboratory to manufacturing for clinical trials is a major challenge. Simple hand movements in the laboratory often cannot be easily translated into process steps of industrial manufacturing. We are specialised in such scale ups. Contact us for an initial discussion! Analysis We prepare your laboratory data and compare it with the possible process parameters at the contract manufacturer. If data or optimisations are still missing. We develop the test plan for this. We carry out certain scale-up trials (non GMP) at our technical centre. We accompany specific trials (e.g. with your API) on your premises or those of a plant manufacturer. Models and simulation From the data, we generate the process models you need for scaling up. You will also need these models for the submission documents. We use the data to simulate different scale-up concepts. So if you later transfer from the special CDMO for clinical production to the CDMO for commercial production
