The DPSS-CW-DUV laser FQCW266-300 delivers an output power of 300 mW in single-mode operation at a wavelength of 266 nm. Other models in the high-power series are available with optical output powers of up to 1 W. Compared to the 266 nm CW lasers from other manufacturers, the FQCW266 systems are characterized by a long coherence length of more than 1000 m, a narrow line width of < 300 kHz, and a sealed design that ensures reliable operation without the need for subsequent adjustments of the internal optics. Due to the sealed housing, the lasers require very little maintenance and are particularly suitable for industrial 24/7 operation. The central wavelength is in the range of 266.02 nm and 266.07 nm (in air). The output power can be adjusted from 30 mW to 300 mW. The power consumption of the laser is less than 450 W. The laser comes with a software for control of the main functions by a PC.

The DPSS-CW-DUV laser FQCW266-25 delivers an output power of 25 mW in single-mode operation at a wavelength of 266 nm. Other models in the low-power series are available with optical output powers of up to 200 mW. The output power can be adjusted from 3 mW to 30 mW in 0.3 mW increments. The power consumption of the laser is less than 160 W. The laser comes with a software for control of the main functions by a PC.

The eMOPA product series is based on a diode-pumped, passively Q-switched solid-state laser as the master oscillator and a downstream diode-pumped power amplifier with a patented optical design. Wavelengths from the DUV to the green spectral range can be generated for this series: 213 nm, 266 nm, 355 nm and 532 nm. The eMOPA355-100 emits pulses with a pulse width of around 1 ns and 100 µJ pulse energy. The average output power is 100 mW in transverse single-mode operation at a wavelength of 355 nm and peak pulse powers of >80 kW. The repetition rate can be adjusted from single shot to a maximum of 1 kHz by external triggering or the supplied software. The eMOPA is ideal for 24/7 industrial use and is primarily used in ophthalmology. By adapting the lasers to the requirements of our customers, a wide range of applications is possible, such as photoacoustics and ophthalmological markings.

The DPSS-CW-DUV laser FQCW266-200 delivers an output power of 200 mW in single-mode operation at a wavelength of 266 nm. Other models in the low-power series are available with optical output powers from 10 mW to 200 mW. The output power can be adjusted from 20 mW to 220 mW in 2 mW increments. The power consumption of the laser is less than 160 W. The laser comes with a software for control of the main functions by a PC.

CryLaS has been supplying reliable lasers for 20 years. CryLaS was founded in 2004 as a spin-off from Crystal GmbH – which in turn emerged in 1990 from the research and development department of the television electronics plant in Berlin-Oberschöneweide. The first development steps in the field of solid-state lasers were already taken in the mid-1990s, until the shareholders finally decided to spin off the company in the early 2000s. Diode-pumped solid-state lasers in the UV and DUV range in pulsed or continuous-wave operation are the central focus of the company and future development. Due to the participation at the New Laser Corporation in Berlin Teltow during 2006, a lot of experience was gained, mainly for the development of CW laser sources. In the following years, we achieved ISO9001: 2015 certification through our outstanding quality management. In addition, we steadily completed and continue to complete new product developments. The 266 nm continuous-wave lasers are regularly undergoing new development steps so that, as things stand today, a portfolio ranging from 10 mW to 1 W can be offered.
